So I lied. I guess this week they wanted us to have our pday on monday so that we could get ourselves all nice and ready for Pres. Jardin and his wife who come in today! Our area has Zone Conference tomorrow so we are the first ones to meet him and we are really excited. But our emotions are mixed because we are really sad to see President and Sister Huff leave! They were awesome! But I have no doubt Pres. and Sister Jardin are going to be just as cool! So, our next pday is on Friday and then you want hear from me for a week and a half!

Things are AWESOME down here in Stockton! I love it! Hna. Dastrup and I are working with so many great investigators. We had a lot of investigators up in Sacramento but the ones we are working with here are just Awesome. Those guys we found last week, we've been teaching them this last week and 3/4 came to church this week and those three are going to be baptized on the 19th! It is so awesome and they are so funny! Yesterday, one of them named Eliseo asked us if we were going to be moved because he had heard that the missionaries are changed every six weeks and Hna Dastrup explained transfers to him but told him that we'd still be here for a while and hopefully another transfer at least and he thought she said 6 years instead of weeks and when we corrected him to weeks he said "Espero que ustedes puedan quedar por 6 anos" lol he wants us to stay for the 6 years. It was so funny! Anyway they are all really awesome and we even have a member named Hna. Blanco who had called dibs on coming to teach them with us!
Yesterday at church we had talks on something. I couldnt hear and still can't understand much more than 50-60% of what they say but I was also on the stand listening from behind the piano. Yes, I had to play the piano in Sacrament meeting yesterday and I didnt do so well cause they were all hard songs but it was good enough!
In the third hour we had a talk on Food Storage and also fast offerings which it seems you had a similar talk. If I had somewhere to start a years supply of food storage, I was motivated to start it yesterday! I hope your food storage is coming along well mom!
Sorry I haven't sent you a good picture for my plaque! It's very hard to remember to take one in the morning when I look good and then when I do remember, it's a forced smile as soon as the camera is on! I'm trying to get a good one for you! Hopefully sooner rather than later!
Tell Jessica Avery I said Congrats on her mission call and that she's going to love it! I'm so glad she decided to go cause last time I asked her before I left she said that she was thinking about staying home and working instead. I'm sure the Lord had a hand in there somewhere from the different stories I've heard from the Sisters here. Anyway, tell her I said congrats and that she's going to be a great missionary!
Alright, I must sign off for now until Friday! Love you all!
Hna Bradfield
